After payment, your order will be processed within 48 hours. Orders received at the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Workweek in Israel: Sunday to Thursday, Israeli-mail does not work on Friday and Saturday.
Information on the status of your order will be sent to you by email. If you have not received a letter confirming your order, please first check your email spam filter.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a delivery confirmation and tracking code, so that you can at any time to check the information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
